MettleVue is a reflective decision-support tool. You are responsible for the choices you make and for checking important information with qualified professionals when appropriate.

MettleVue is not therapy, medical care, crisis care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for emergency services. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis resource in your area.

Your account

Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate account details. You may stop using MettleVue at any time.

Fees and refunds

The Decision Journey is one complete digital experience priced at $12.99 one-time. It does not renew. Because the Decision Journey begins after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

If you were charged but cannot access the journey, use the payment or access-recovery flow rather than purchasing again. If you still need help, contact mettlevue@polsia.app.

Respectful use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's account, or submit content that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Changes and availability

We may improve, pause, or change parts of MettleVue. When material legal terms change, we will present a new document version and ask for fresh consent where required.
