What we collect

An account includes the name and email address you provide, account authentication records, and the legal consent versions and timestamp you accept.

What we do not collect here

MettleVue does not create a hidden psychological profile and does not store payment card details. Signed-out reflections are session-only and are not saved to an account. When you are authenticated and have current consent, completed reflections are saved to your private Decision Library.

How we use account data

We use account data to authenticate you, maintain your profile, protect the service, and provide the features you request. Optional marketing consent is separate from account access.

Control and deletion

You can update your name in your profile. Requests about your account or data can be sent to our contact address for review and handling under this policy.

Changes

If our practices or this policy materially change, we will publish a new version and request fresh consent where required.
