Question 1

What is the Decision Journey?

Accepted Answer

The Decision Journey is structured space to reflect on one decision. MettleVue offers prompts and perspective to support your reflection; it does not choose for you, prescribe a course of action, diagnose, or provide professional advice.

Question 2

How much does one Decision Journey cost, and does it renew?

Accepted Answer

One complete Decision Journey for one decision costs $12.99 once. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it does not renew.

Question 3

Can I get a refund for the Decision Journey?

Accepted Answer

Because the Decision Journey is a digital experience that begins after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law. If you were charged but cannot access the journey, use the payment or access-recovery flow rather than purchasing again. If you still need help, contact mettlevue@polsia.app.

Question 4

What happens in Reflection, Follow-up, and Final Perspective?

Accepted Answer

Reflection begins the exploration. Follow-up is a three-question return invitation sent after roughly three days, giving you space to notice what has changed. Final Perspective brings your reflection and follow-up together so you can review the journey later.

Question 5

Who makes the decision?

Accepted Answer

You do. MettleVue is designed to support thoughtful reflection with prompts and perspective, not to make a decision, prescribe, diagnose, or replace professional advice.

Question 6

Can I return to a completed or in-progress journey?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A signed-in customer can revisit saved history in the private Decision Library, including progress and completed stages. Returning for the Follow-up does not have an additional charge.

Question 7

What happens if I cancel checkout?

Accepted Answer

A canceled checkout does not unlock a journey or consume the one-time allowance. You can try checkout again when you are ready. If you believe a completed payment needs to be checked, use the signed-in payment or access recovery flow rather than starting another purchase just to re-check it.

Question 8

What if my payment is still pending?

Accepted Answer

Access remains unverified while provider confirmation is pending. Please do not purchase again. Check your signed-in account and payment recovery flow later, or contact mettlevue@polsia.app if you still need help.
